Installation and Usage

1. Add and deploy the solution.

Be sure to activate the ITK Order Field Control Deployment feature on the desired site collection

2. Create a column using the List Item Order type.

3. Add the column to a content type or a list

Once the colum is added ensure it is visible in a view and you can begin ordering items.

works great. You may have to add initial values for the new field for existing items to make it work. Once I had values in the items I could sort as expected.

Columns do not reorder when I click on arrows down up and down. Otherwise, no error message.

Solution works for me apart from, when you have a multipage list ie 30+ items it wont re-order across pages :(

I was able to activate, but receiving the following error when trying to re-order an item:

'innerHTML' is null or not an object.

Running in a HTTPS-enabled web farm.

When I went to activate the solution in 2010, I recieved this error message:

This solution contains invalid markup or elements that cannot be deployed as part of a sandboxed solution. Solution manifest for solution '01bef45e-6f06-48dc-ac8c-59d98e248a51' failed validation, file manifest.xml, line 2, character 110: The 'ResetWebServer' attribute is not declared.
